Aircraft radio equipment is listed in the 'Aircraft station license'.
For transmit band 1980 - 2010 MHz: Operation of equipment is restricted to more than 1000 m altitude above ground level.
Terminals must be under the control of a network for which a valid spectrum license for the Swiss territory is required.
In the RX band 1518 - 1525 MHz, MSS shall not claim protection from the fixed service.
